The Mindoro Kabuhayan Foundation, Inc. (MKFI), based in Oriental Mindoro, Philippines, is a prime project under the K-4 program and a brainchild of the Chairman of the Board of the RGV Group of Companies, Congressman and three-term Governor of Oriental Mindoro, the Honorable Rodolfo G. Valencia .

The MKFI was conceived to facilitate technology transfer for livelihood and sustainable income as well as provide entrepreneurs with knowledge to manage and operate workable projects of their interest. In this way, they will be equipped with up-to-date information regarding sources of financing, management and marketing of their products, thus establishing a self-sufficient, productive, well-balanced and responsible citizenry.
